"Our furnace had an issue last week. Base on it's symptoms my husband guessed it was the motor. We contacted Paradise based on these reviews and are pleased to say we agree this is a good company to work with. Manual came out the same day and found the motor needed replacement. He quoted a price to replace the motor and then we discussed it being time to get anew furnace given ours was 60 yrs old. Especially given our new insurance company is planning to do an interior inspection. Manual assessed our unique install needs, determined they had a replacement that would fit. The price for the new furnace was reasonable and included labor and taxes. No unexpected financial surprises. Then understanding we were without heat they arranged to install it the next day. They even took the time to register the warranty for us. They truly checked all the boxes for us. We will be using them for any future needs."

"I bought a house last year and noticed that the furnace was really loud and kept me awake at night. I was looking around for a HVAC contractor to replace the furnace and others were charging double the price. Then my coworker told me about John’s business. She told me she got her air conditioner installed into her new house in Stapleton this spring at a decent price. I went ahead and got a quote on both furnace and air conditioner. I went ahead and scheduled for a furnace replacement since the summer is almost over. I had Manuel and his nephew come out and replace the furnace for me, and they did a good job! They were nice enough to install the ecobee thermostat for me. I am happy with the new furnace and look forward to use them in the winter! "My mothers heat went out in the early hours of christmas eve. Due to the holiday we couldnt find any heating and cooling places that were open and not booked until the following week. When I called Paradise I left a voice message not expecting a call back. I hadnt recieved one from the other 20 places Id called. But John called back within 5 minutes and told me he could not only come out but be there as soon as he could. He showed up and had it fixed within 2 hours and didn’t charge an arm and a leg. "Only giving 4 stars because I haven't had the work done yet. But My Mother in Law's furnace went out on Christmas eve and was expecting a huge party of people the next morning for Christmas breakfast. She called around for hours and everywhere was either closed or too busy and wouldn't be available until the day after Christmas. I left several messages for other companies and John called me back within minutes and said he would be here in a couple hours. He is coming out Christmas Eve. I've yet to really work with him but so far h has been great. Prompt, professional and honest. Can't wait till the work is done to give him 5 stars. Thanks John!"

"TOP NOTCH, ETHICAL, REASONABLE When I heard how promptly, ethically, and economically John had treated my friend Leta ( review below ), I contacted Paradise to inquire about a replacement for my old, low-efficiency, failing furnace. When they checked out my old clunker and told me that it needed to be replaced, I was 100% confident of their assessment, based on Leta's referral. I was provided with an extremely competitive bid. Within 5 days of accepting the bid, my new furnace installation was complete, and I've had no issues whatsoever. I was saddened to see the one negative review of Paradise. But, everyone has the occassional "off" day. In these times of low-rate, cut-throat, all glitz and no substance businesses, John and his team at Paradise are a comforting and refreshing exception. The first hot spell of summer meant it would be several days before John from Paradise Heating and Air could fit us in to fix our non-functioning A/C. Knowing that it might cost the company a lost service call if we were successful, he nonetheless guided me through trouble shooting the system. We were successful and my family has a nice cool home. "Came home from vacation to an overflowing water heater that necessitated shutting off water to the house. A recommended company told me they could come out for $195 to do an estimate and install a new water heater 5-7 days later! John at Paradise, also recommended, gave me an estimate over the phone, explained why he chooses to install a particular water heater and was there 2.5 hours later with a helper to install it. I was thrilled with his expertise, their neat and careful installation and the extras. John saw a water heater cover still in the wrapper and offered to put that on the water heater for me. It cost him 20 minutes of work that cost me nothing and would have taken me an hour to do. I requested that John check my furnace that he gave a clean bill of health. Another company had said it needed $1,500 worth of maintenance work. I will DEFINITELY call John in the spring to service (or replace) my ailing air conditioning. I highly recommend him and his team."

"I called John right around New Years. I had been told by another company that I needed a new furnace. I called Paradise because that company was listed on Xcel's website and I figured the rebate would be easier to get than with the initial company. John was SO responsive and came on New Years eve day. He said I didn't need a new furnace, talked with the Carrier people, got the right part and fixed my furnace in very short order. He also made an additional trip to a Checker Auto to get brake fluid to clean a part that was more affected by soot than he had originally thought. "10/2009: John is very friendly and professional. I had a problem with my furnace blower. He and I both assumed, during the initial inspection, that the motor had to be replaced. However, John thought about the problem after the service call and realized the problem could be a (much cheaper) capacitor instead. It was, and John saved me a bunch of money. Furthermore, he was very accommodating of my work schedule. Definitely recommended. 9/2010: Followup - I had an issue with my A/C (the external unit fan motor had seized up). Manuel arrived at the promised time and had the motor replaced in a jiffy. He also discovered my A/C core inside was almost completely clogged up and took care of that. 5 stars again for a complete and fairly-priced solution!"
